Moving soil off your lot
The City regulates removing or depositing soil, sand, gravel or rock inside city limits under its Soil Removal and Deposit Regulation Bylaw No. 3947. We check it before we load a truck. Your quote lists haul-off and disposal separately from the machine time.
Driveways, grading and the final inspection
On a City building permit, City inspectors check driveway and site grading during your final Engineering inspection. We grade to pass that inspection the first time.
Our hourly machine rates

Before we dig
We put in a BC 1 Call request on every excavation. A locate is good for 30 days once it comes back. Work has to start within 14 days of the request. We submit utility locates for you.
